Alltel Communications Products, a group within Alltel that markets equipment and services, has forged an agreement with ADC to distribute that firm's OmniReach product line as its premium FTTX solution.

The agreenment gives Alltel a combination of passive and active components to sell to service providers looking to a complete end-to-end solution.

ADC's newly released OmniReach Multi-service Fiber Terminal is designed for optical access networks, featuring Corning's OptiTap ruggedized connector housings, which are manufactured and integrated at ADC.
