Mobile data solutions provider InterOP Technologies today announced a series of deals to enable delivery of WAP and MMS services for eight wireless operators from across the U.S.

The eight regional operators are Cellular One, Advantage Cellular, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellcom, Corr Wireless, Eloqui Wireless, Illinois Valley Cellular and Public Service Cellular.

InterOP currently boasts 44 premium SMS, WAP Gateway and MMS contracts with 27 U.S. wireless service providers. The Fort Myers, Fla.-based company’s Total Content Solution suite of content services offers carriers a menu of games, ringtones, graphics and other wireless designed and developed in-house, promising customers greater flexibility to mix and match products.
