Integra5 today announced two separate deals with makers of IPTV middleware to get its converged services platform more widely deployed. The enhanced services company, which has thus far made its mark mostly with cable operators, is now pushing harder into IPTV.

Integra5 and Minerva Networks announced a partnership to integrate the i5 Converged Services Platform with Minerva’s iTV Manager to give IPTV operators access to Integra5’s portfolio of quad play applications and services. Separately, Integra5 said its system has full interoperability with the SeaChange International IPTV platform. These new capabilities are being demonstrated here at NXTcomm in booth 2822.

The i5 CSP enables service providers to go beyond basic video offerings and add services such as unified messaging and caller ID on the television. Its platform recognizes incoming phone calls, voice mails, SMS text messages and other content. IPTV consumers can get SMS messages on a TV set along with other services including click to call, call management, presence and location.
